When your family member comes out to you as transgender or non binary it can be a confusing and/ or challenging time. Even though you love your family member you may be struggling with how best to support them. You may be reading conflicting information online. Together we can create a space to;

Supervision and Consultation
Effective, encouraging, reflective clinical supervision is essential as you continue to grow in your practice. In order to support you in your work I bring with me; Over twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist (registered psychotherapist, CRPO 2015) Skills in individual, group and family psychotherapy 5 years providing clinical supervision (CRPO clinical supervision 2017) Grounding in many therapeutic frameworks such as; Relational Psychotherapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief, solution focussed psychotherapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT.
